it… Do we make money with real estate?  Yes!  Can we lose money with
real estate?  Yes!  We risk prematurely dying – so we take out “mortgage
insurance”…  Well you get the picture.  Now, nowhere do I mention
investing in the Dow…  With any investment – you must asses the risk. 
I believe in a balanced approach to investing – whether or not that
investment is paid for or purchased with borrowed funds.  Thanks for
