Welcome To Our “Ask An Expert” - Series

But, before you begin “downloading”, create a file on your “desktop” and name it - “The UnCanadian Way”…or something memorable else for you…

Then, “download” all the files you wish to this folder and then you will never misplace any of this valuable information!

The following audios are “zipped” to reduce the “download” time. To access the audios you will need to “unzip” the files before playing. Most computers come with a form of “unzip” program.

However, if you do not have a “unzipper” program installed you can get a 45 day “trial (free) download” of the Web’s popular “WinZip” here at: Winzip

To read the “transcripts” you will need Adobe Reader - if you do not have Adobe installed, get your free download here at: Adobe Reader

When “down loading” either the audio files or transcripts, just remember to “right click” the link and “save as” to your computer/file.

Otherwise, you are “good to go”…

The info was very informative, the speed was great and technical enough to understand, easily understood, well presented ( did you guys have a script ? ), easy to get set up on the phone, etc.
