Hello and Welcome!

It’s a pleasure to have you here and reading this.

To get started, I would like to spend a few moments and speak to you from the heart.

You may be new to the process and keenly interested in seeking out the talents of a skilled and competent financial planning professional or you may be looking to begin a relationship with a new advisor.

In either event, I want to put in plain English what it is that I do, how I create value for you and how we forge a partnership that will make a meaningful and positive influence in your life. Ultimately, we will be joining forces to create greater wealth for you and a richer life for you and your family.

This then, is my “Open Letter on Financial Planning”

Financial planning is not about the process. It is all about creating peace of mind!

Financial planning is not about products. It is having a program that takes you from where you are to where you want to be!

Financial planning is about discovering needs and pointing to the opportunities.

It’s a perennial complaint: we’re so busy with getting things done that there’s little time left for what brings us true joy in life. The fact is, we’ve always had 24 hours in a day, and that’s never going to change—yet every year there are more and more things that compete for our time.

There’s certainly no shortage of information in our society, yet information alone does not equal wisdom. Many of today’s investors feel inundated and confused by the barrage of information that hits them daily. Working on creating more time in my client’s lives and being their primary source of financial wisdom is something that I continually strive for.

Few things are more personal than an individual’s money, and finding someone trustworthy to be a good steward is difficult. Trust will never go out of style. It’s a fundamental component of building a close, long-term personal relationship.

My clients must always feel that that the products and strategies recommended are always in their best interest. Remember, these are just the “vehicles” that will get you from where you are now to where you want to be in the future.

Constant communications with clients achieve “top of mind” status so that I am the first professional they think of when it comes to making financial choices. I am interested in my client’s lives; I appreciate their friendship and business, and am always be upfront with them. This is what gives me clients for life!
